The session explains the financial elements of all the stages in your business from the way in which it is set-up, how to work with investors and managing your cash flow on a day-to-day basis.

About your trainer: Your trainer is the wonderful Johnny Martin.  Johnny is an enthusiastic educator and communicator who loves demystifying and explaining business finance. He has so much amazing experience to bring to the table with a past that includes turning around and selling 3 businesses on behalf of Baring Venture Partners, JO Hambro and Monument Trust; prreparing business plans that have raised over £25m, and brings loads of real stories and experiences to his sessions.
