Idea to business – the reality of working for yourself for disabled people

London: December 10. Do you have an idea for a business but you’re not sure how to make it happen? Or do you just want to find out more about starting up a business?

This event is for Disabled People living in London who want to start their own business. It will give you some information about the good points about starting a business, but also tell you about some of the barriers you may come across when you work for yourself.

During the day, you will be able to take part in useful sessions about marketing your business, getting the money to start up your business, and planning your ideas. We will also be looking at the million dollar question: Are you better off benefits?

You will hear about successful businesses run by disabled people and get the chance to ask the experts and get real answers to your questions.

There will be plenty of time to get to know other people with similar goals and worries.

We hope that you’ll end the day feeling positive and with a clearer idea of your next steps.
