The quality of everything we do and want to do in our lives depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. It follows then that one of the greatest gifts we can offer each other is the framework in which to think for ourselves — with rigour, imagination, courage and grace. Nothing matters more. And nothing, actually, is more exciting. Thinking for ourselves is not just a dry act of cerebration. It is also a thing of the heart. And in a Thinking Environment it takes us less time and gains us more life.
Tonight Nancy Kline will talk with us about the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment, the ten behaviours that transform our dialogue, our meetings, our teams our relationships into experiences of creativity, dignity and joy.
