The future of business is the “mesh”: Inspiring Ted Talks

This is a really interesting Ted Talk by Lisa Gansky – Entrepreneur. Lisa gives us her insights into the future of business and technology from the point of view that ‘sharing trumps ownership’, as a way for customers to consume services and products.

Worth a listen (even if you’re not a tech head!)…and could well be a conversation starter if you’re brainstorming ideas for a new business or enterprise.

Lisa Gansky, author of “The Mesh,” talks about a future of business that’s about sharing all kinds of stuff, either via smart and tech-enabled rental or, more boldly, peer-to-peer. Examples across industries — from music to cars — show how close we are to this meshy future.
